Pie Crust
1 egg1 Tablespoon lemon juice
Mix in a bowl and add enough water to make 1 cup
1 teaspoon salt
Cut shorting into the flour until it is crumbly. Add salt.
Add water/egg/lemon juice mixture and mix until all the flour is soft. Do not over mix.
Sprinkle flour onto counter top. Divide mix in to 2 balls.
Place one of the balls onto the floured counter top and roll out. Makes 4 shells or 2 shell with tops.
Fill with favorite pie filling and bake.
